In my opinion this quote is trying to illustrate to us that if we do not communicate properly when we are working, our views and ideas will not get across to our audience properly and they may not be able to see the full picture we are trying to convey to them. Thus we lose out to other parties who are aiming for the same project. As students we are still inexperience in knowing how impactful effective communication is.

Summary Reader Response Draft 3 of ExoMars Drill Unit

In the article “The ExoMars drill unit” (2019), the ExoMars was designed to acquire mineral samples in various types of soil to a depth of two metre. The features of the drill unit are a drill tool, three extension rods, a rotation-translation unit, and a drill box. The function of the drill tool is to acquire a minimum of 17 mineral samples by penetrating in different types of soil. The extension rods help increase the length of the drill. Each extension rod is 500 mm each.
